At the Hôtel Amour Nice, chef Xavier Burelle has created a sunny menu inspired by the Mediterranean. Trained by some of the best chefs in the world, this Michelin-starred chef honours the local produce and Greek flavours that are the soul of our restaurant.
All our products are carefully sourced in and around Kalamata, while seasonal vegetables come directly from local farmers.
